IOF hold two fishermen in open sea and then release then in northern Gaza

On 14/5/2007, at approximately 02:00, IOF military vessels held two fishermen in the open sea in northern Gaza, prohibiting them from moving; Rafiq Mohammed As Sultan, 30, and his brother Yousif, 21.
The two men were released three hours later.
