Child dies due to misuse of weapon in Jabalia

At approximately 3.
35pm Wednesday 1 August 2007, a 2-and-a-half-year-old girl, Mai Misbah Harbi Shalha, died from bullets fired by mistake from a weapon in Jabalia.

She was shot with a live bullet in the head while playing at home in Al Sekka neighborhood, east of Jabalia Refugee Camp.
She was admitted at Al Awda hospital in Beit Lahia with critical wounds.
At approximately 5.
40pm Mai died at Al Shifa hospital in Gaza city.
