Unknown men fail to detonate entrance of Islamic Bank in Khan Younis

On 29 July 2007, at app 16:00, Executive Force members exchanged fire with unknown gunmen, as the latter were trying to detonate an explosive device at the entrance of the Palestinian Islamic Bank in Jamal Abd An Nasir street, in central Khan Younis.
No injuries were reported.
The gunmen managed to escape, leaving sheets with names of targeted banks.
